Poor Service

Last year I switched my pet insurance to VPI because I thought they had better coverage for the cost. I have not filed a claim that has been covered yet, but I am regretting the move already. I have tried twice to update my checking account information online (trying to close an account) VPI has not yet been able to update my information, they have charged my old account for the past 3 months. I have spoke to 7 different "customer service specialists" and yet the problem continues. I give up, and I will be cancelling my polices, just not worth the time. I would not recommend VPI.
