We’ve been very pleased with pet plan since we got it years ago, and have it for all three of our animals. But recently we had an experience with a customer service person named Stacey Johnson. She was amazing. She personally helped us through an issue we were having with a claim and then followed up to help us again when a check that was supposed to be sent to us wasn’t in the envelope. Our experience with companies, generally, is that when it comes to them having to pay out they take every opportunity to not help and tell you why you won’t get what you’re seeking. Stacey was just the opposite - understanding of our situation, empathetic and helpful. We already recommended Pet Plan to people and based on Stacey and the resolution we just got, we will do so even more. PetPlan made a decision about our coverage that communicated to us that the company cares about its customers and truly defers to customer’s veterinarians on important issues.
