I just got notice that the underwriter for 24 pet watch changed and so have the options they will be offering. According to them the comparable option to what I have now will more than double my monthly rate to $119.94/month. I have tried three different times to call but put on hold well over 15 minutes each time before hanging up. I even called at 6AM (PST) and they are still too busy to answer. I used the Live Chat option on their site and got through to someone right away but was told they can only do that over the phone.
When I filed a claim a couple months back they stated they were behind and it would take a couple months to pay my claim.
Very poor customer service.
