I was a few days past the 90 day, for claims submissions. These claims were for a significant amount. Initially, the claim was rejected as being filed past the due date. Given the pandemic, there were extenuating circumstances. I spoke to one of your customer service people, Adam Altman. He was extremely professional start to finish. I initially indicated that I felt the insurer – not Mr. Altman – was giving me the runaround. He assured me that was not the case. Without making any promises, he told me he would escalate the matter to see what he could do. I heard back from him later the same day. I am writing this review not just because things were ultimately resolved in my favour but rather to complement Mr. Altman on the way he handled things. Customer service reps often get a bad rap. Not so with your Mr. Altman. He was first rate.
