Overall you system is very helpful and friendly. Some of the display for past claims is a little "wonky" or not as user friendly as one would hope. Once you get the hang of how to look for past claims it is pretty easy though. I am tough of user friendliness as I have to train users on software each day as well as support them and ideally you want a layout/functionality that is very intuitive. Take my feedback with a grain of salt.
I am still confused as to why Nationwide won't cover his seasonal allergies and the flare ups such as the bronchitis from that. That is not clearly explained in the coverage.
I am glad that you can cover prescription food as Smokie now needs it due to the pancreatitis.
