Need alot of improvement

The cost of the insurance isnt bad. Getting the information in to make claims is difficult, putting information to male a claim is difficult. Getting correct information from customer service is difficult.
This last claim went through fine. I was happy with the recent improvement in getting the claim processed. However, I am always worried the claim may not be covered.

Hi Angela,

I completely agree, sometimes getting that initial medical history can be a pain - but the good news is, once we have it, we generally don't need to ask for it again!

I also see you requested Medical History Reviews for Pearl and Melanie - this means you don't have to worry about the claim being covered, because you know ahead of time if anything is listed as preexisting. Melanie had one temporary preexisting condition that potentially expired in January, and Pearl has none at all.
