I have been a long time customer. I am also a professional in the veterinary field. Claims processing takes upwards to 30 days or more. You should be ashamed of yourselves and embarrassed to stand behind that. You send cut and paste policy holder info in generic emails with an apology that falls on deaf ears. You wouldnt accept my monthly premium a day late let alone 30 or more no matter how apologetic i was. Action speak louder than words.
