I have had a Figo policy since my dog was a puppy and fortunately, I have never needed to submit a claim. My monthly premium increased due to a new underwriter and I needed to find a way to lower my new premium. I placed a call to customer service and Jade was able to explain the increase to me. After the call, Jade called me back with a solution and was so helpful in showing me options.
