Worst decision ever! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! After almost 11 months of paying the monthly premium, they decided to request my dog's health history. In the meantime, after taking out insurance, my dog's blood test found that he had been exposed to Lyme disease. He's not sick and had never had any symptoms or episodes related to the disease. Even though, after almost a year paying, they decided that the insurance will not cover anything related to Lyme disease. They considered that as a pre-existing condition. All I want now is my money back. Also, they have sent me the documents with wrong information about my dog for FOUR TIMES. I believe they will use it as an excuse to no refund me if it happens to need it. This is one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced.
