The policy for one of my dogs was about to renew when I noticed the annual premium would be DOUBLE that of last year. I thought for sure it was a mistake, but it wasn't. When I called PetPlan, Stacey did some research and very patiently explained the reason for the increase (it had to do with recent changes here in Rhode Island). She then quickly reassured me that she could suggest some changes that would bring the premium back down to a reasonable amount. And she did just that, saving me almost two thousand dollars on that one policy. Then, after addressing that issue, she looked at all my other policies and found several ways to decrease costs on them, too. Stacey literally saved me thousands of dollars today without dramatically decreasing the overall benefits of my policies. But on top of that, Stacey was so incredibly wonderful to work with. She was kind, compassionate, and conscientious. In fact, after we'd concluded our call, Stacey called me back to tell me something she'd forgotten to mention. I've always been satisfied with my PetPlan policies and the claims process in general, but today Stacey made me realize that it's the people at PetPlan that make the company one that I'll always recommend to my animal-loving friends.
