Recently asked for a review of my claim. The process was cumbersome and required about 2 hours of my time to collect past year information on my pet and mail all at my expense to California. Seems to me this could have been done online since all my dog's information has been previously sent to Nationwide.
Final result? They determined I owed Nationwide not the other way around! Rediculous. I would not recommend Nationwide even though I have in the past. Very disappointed.
