After checking on past claims Embrace contacted the vets in question to resolve issues of incomplete documents. They also searched the year in claims to see if any have not been processed. We have a monthly injection that the vet hospital hadn’t faxed in a few times. Embrace called them and got all the info missing so the claims could be processed. They sent me copies of the contacts so we were assured all the outstanding questions were answered. They called us with updates of their progress as they searched down all the missing vet hospital claim forms. Great service ,friendly helpful people .
