Won’t answer emails or phone.

I’ve tried to get ahold of them through the app, email, and phone. No one has gotten back to me, and their phone number just hangs up when you try to call them.
They keep emailing me asking for my pet’s medical history which I’ve given them multiple times. Yet the claim doesn’t get updated, and I keep getting the same email.
This has been going on for over a month.
