Ignores customers, takes forever to process claims

Will never recommend again. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. They do not return calls or emails. It’s been a month and they still have not processed my claim. They won’t even give me an idea of when it might be processed. They flat out ignore their customers and do not care about your business. Highly recommend you find another insurance company to do business with!

We apologize that our current customer service has not yours or our expectations. We have been helping an unusually large number of sick pets at this time and that has increased our email response and claims processing time. We have been proactively adding more customer care staff so that all policyholders can get the their claims and customer care issues resolved as quickly as possible.

As of 9/7, your claim has been processed. You should have received your Explanation of Benefits for the appealed claim by now. We're sorry to lose you as a client and hope you and your pet stay well.
