Dont do it - just more big insurance games to take your money and not pay off on claims.

Had embrace insurance for 2 years. In April of this year the terms were changed without notice, there is new limits on payouts. Now they will refuse to pay off a dental claim any more than $1000 a year after their deductible. That is less than it costs for a yearly premium. IT COSTS MORE in yearly premiums that they will pay out. This is a total scam and will only take your money.

Hi Curtis,

I think there may be a misunderstanding with our new dental coverage - previously, we did not offer any dental illness coverage. The new plan gives you a $1,000 sublimit of your yearly maximum to use for dental illnesses that were not previously covered at all.

On the claim in question, prior to the policy change, nothing would have been covered. Since we added dental illness coverage, we were able to reimburse you $1,000.

I hope that helps, and please feel free to let me know if you have any questions. You can reach me at djl@embracepetinsurance.com
