Terrible Customer Service. Bad plan. Do not use

Customer service rep over chat informed me I had to wait until my trial coverage ended to extend my plan and when I called back I was told it was too late and that to register for a new plan my premium would be 3.8x the previous one. Said they would not be willing to reinstate grace period even though it is their fault for telling me I had to wait to rejoin a plan.
