I've yet to file a claim but just trying to update my billing info, I spent 30 minutes on hold for Customer Service since there is no way to update online (is this 1985?) Abysmal.

Judy, we apologize for the wait you experienced in updating your billing information. This is not indicative of the time that it should take to be connected to an Advocate. We have raised this issue with our telephony team to resolve. We are happy to advise that we are working on a member portal which allow you to view and make changes to your policy online and hope to have it in place by the end of the year.
