WHEN I OPENED THIS POLICY REQUESTED PAYMENT DATE THAT COINCIDED WITH MY PAYPERIOD. IT WAS SET UP 4 DYAS BEFORE THE DATE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. I HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO MOVE IT TO THE CORRECT DATE, ONLT TO BE TOLD THEY CANT AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY DOUBLE FOR ONE MONTH, RATHER THAN JUST MOVE IT 4 DAYS. ONLY COMPANY EVER HEARD OF THAT CANT MANAGE TO SET A WITHDRAWAL DATE CORRECLTY. BECAUSE OF THIS MY OTHER 3 DOGS WILL BE INSURED ELSEWHERE BECAUSE THEY ALSO WONT ALLOW THE REST TO BE ON THE CORRECT DATE BUT WOULD PUT ALL 5 POLICIES TO BE WITHDRAWN ON A DATE THATS NO WHERE NEAR DATE THAT WAS REQUESTED.
OTHER THAN THAT, SOME CLAIMS ARE PRETTY SLOW TO PROCESS, SOME ARE QUICK AND EASY. DONT LIKE THAT YOU CANT SUBMIT YOUR RECEIPTS AND HAVE TO GET THE VET TO DO IT.
HAVING TO USE TWO DIFFERENT INSURANCE COMPANIES IS A PAIN, WILL LIKELY CANCEL THIS ONE AND MOVE THEM SO ALL IN ONE PLACE SINCE NO ONE SEEMS ABLE SOLVE THIS.
