Difficult to cancel

Will change anything over the phone, but wont cancel your policy. Only way is by email, which they happen to lose. They are now trying to bill me for an entire month because they didnt process the cancellation until after my second email requesting them to cancel (which was the date they tried to bill me).

Hi Jim, We are sorry to hear that you did not see value in having the protection of an insurance policy for your pet. Our Policy User Guide outlines what is and what is not covered by our policies. The User Guide also outlines the procedure should you wish to cancel your policy as follows: You must ask to cancel this coverage in writing by mail, fax, or email. Cancellation will take effect on your policy anniversary date following the date we receive your cancellation request. Please note that coverage is in place for your pet from the date of inception of your policy to the date the policy is terminated.
