Our dog, Dayton (he ain't nothin' but a pound dog), has been insured by Embrace since we brought him home from the Los Angeles Animal Services facility many years ago. Although we had ten doggy "kids" over the preceding thirty years, we had not insured them. After an expensive experience with the tenth, we decided to try Embrace.
Embrace made the enrollment process clear and simple. After Dayton's health was assessed, we had an opportunity to look at the coverage, to asked questions, and to receive a quote that represented precisely what we paid.
Over the years, we've submitted a number of claims to Embrace, each of which was promptly acknowledged and shortly thereafter paid. There were no arguments nor any technical "outs" asserted by the company. They stand behind their policy and, in my opinion, display the kind of integrity that is becoming scarcer in the customer service world, whether it be insurance or roofing.
In short, I could not give a higher recommendation to anyone who cares about their pet, wants the best for them, and is conscious of just how expensive "the best" can be.
