It was taking longer than usual to process my claim, but I was promptly notified when they realized it was going to take longer than expected. Once my claim was processed I got a detailed list of what was covered, the amount that was/wasn’t covered, AND why things were not covered if they weren’t. I love that I had already gotten answers to questions I knew I’d have.
