I appreciate the coverage provided by Nationwide....the only frustration I have had is in processing communication for claims. While the time is a little long, I understand the 30 days. But there is a frequent lack of information through that 30-day process and finding information is difficult. More clear communication on where claims stand and what is happening would be helpful. Right now, if the claim is rejected...I won't know until the end of the 30 days.
