Overcharged for 2 years and there is "nothing they can do."

I have been with Petsecure since 2015. I am a veterinary professional and was receiving a veterinary discount on my plan when I originally signed up. I noticed my rate had gone up significantly and that they stopped applying the discount in 2017. I was told they called and left a message (which I never received) checking to see if I was still a veterinary employee. When I asked today what they could to to rectify this situation I was told there was "nothing they could do now." Over the last 2 years I have been over charged approximately $400 due to their mistake. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is horrible.
