She researched new plan options for me, was patient with me (I had questions and asked for time to review policies with my husband so we could pick the right one for our furry baby, Bowie), and followed through when we got back to her with our decision. Above all, Georgia made me feel like she actually cared and wanted to help. When it comes to other customer service experiences I've had recently, I've rarely had this level of support. Because of Georgia (and PetPlan's support in the past), we will absolutely continue using PetPlan for health insurance for Bowie.
