The only reason my rating is an "8" and not a "10" is because of the time it takes to process a claim. My 1st claim took over a month to process and complete and the 2nd hasn't completed yet. Now with that being said, I want to point out the positive. When I originally purchased the coverage, I received a call to thank me for choosing them. And when my bulldog was extremely sick and I took her in for an emergency visit and treatment, as soon as they reviewed my claim I received a phone call following up to check if my bulldog was doing better and asked if there was anything they could do to assist further. They have a genuine sense of caring.
