Our sweet 10 year old golden retriever became very ill while we were out of the country on vacation this summer. She suddenly could not stand up and was clearly in pain. After our pet sitter took Nala to our regular vet, she was quickly referred to a specialty animal hospital near by. After many many tests and 5 nights in the specialty hospital Nala was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Polyarthritis. Our vet bills were extremely expensive .... over $11,000!
