Signing up with 24 Hour PetWatch was the biggest mistake that I made as a new pet owner. Everything was great the first year, now going onto my third year with the company I am experiencing so many troubles. My monthly charge has sky rocketed since joining. Things that were once covered are not only not covered anymore, but I also no longer receive notifications by mail as to why they are not covered. When I call with questions or complaints I get put on hold for 20+ minutes and then end up talking to customer service representatives that are rude, patronizing, and use fear tactics to try and bully you into staying. I have never had anything resolved when calling customer service, I've just been left feeling stuck and even more upset after calls. I think the most frustrating part is that in the beginning I recommended this company to so many others and now they are experiencing the same things I am. I am so displeased with this company and it breaks my heart knowing that the health of my pet, who I would do anything for, is also stuck in this never ending cycle of mismanagement.
