I had to change my credit card number as my card had been cloned and used fraudulently. The updated card info didn't seem to be reflected in my account. Christine took ownership of the IT glitch that changed the details back to the deactivated card after it was updated, processed te payments and made me feel happier that in future Riley and Roxie's payments will go thru with no further hiccups. Christine is a true asset to PetPlan and embodies PetPlan's customer first culture
