In June 2017, I received a letter notifying me that 24 pet watch had switched carriers. No where in the letter did you notify me that you would be increasing my premiums. I did not catch this earlier because I would not have thought you would be ripping me off...infact I didn't realize this was insurance for BB because the debit was so high. I thought it must be auto insurance but after fully researching I called your number. I have asked for proof that I approved the increase... nothing. I will take this under REg E with the bank and get my money back on this fraud.
