Couldn't be happier with service! My pup had a large malignant mass removed from his belly, thus a very costly procedure. I had a lot going on at the time, and I didn't realize my claims were held up on my veterinarian's end from a simple error. It seemed to be taking too long to have his claims reviewed, but not PetPlan's fault (so only reason it took over 3 weeks to process). The customer service representative did all she could to figure out the problem within a few minutes, and then provided her direct email to help us expedite the claim. I had multiple checks for reimbursement within just a few days! Had my vet not made the error, we would have had claims processed much sooner and I can't take a lot of comfort in that, now that it was resolved so well. I can't recommend them enough.
