I spoke with Nick earlier in the month regarding questions I had about the claim I would be submitting for my female ragdoll, Avery, who was diagnosed with asthma. Nick was so incredibly empathetic, caring, professional, kind, warm, diligent, efficient, and personable and genuine on the phone. He took his time to guide me on the process and answered all of my questions with patience and reassurance that my claim would be handled to honor the terms of my contract/policy and that it would be expedited as quickly as possible. It was evident Nick truly cared about me, Avery, and our situation and wanted Avery to get better! That makes all the difference to have someone on the other end who empathizes and doesn't just think of Avery and me as a policy number! I felt Nick was giving me expert advice, and this gave me even more assurance that the handling of the claim would be problem-free for me! Nick is such an asset to PetPlan, as are all the other exceptional customer service reps with whom I've dealt. I commend everyone at PetPlan for making this such an easy process for me and Avery and for truly caring for us humans and our fur babies.
