I've had a less than great experience with my current vet... but, thanks to the amazing customer service with PetPlan, it turned around a bit!
I am really appreciative of PetPlan answering all my questions (I had lots), and also for helping to oversee and ensure that my claims were processed in a timely manner.
On top of all that, a special thanks to Susan P. for the personalized follow-up emails to let me know when the claim would be closed, etc. It is so nice to get an email that wasn't generic, and addressed me and my pet by name. :)
I'm spreading the word about how wonderful PetPlan has been - thank you for helping a difficult situation a bit better by providing outstanding customer service.
Also, I love the app! It made filing a claim much easier (could just upload claim documents by taking a photo with my phone... doesn't get more convenient than that). It also allowed me to file the claim right after the visit, instead of having to go home and scan and email, or fax, etc.
