This company does not respond well to customer complaints. I was unaware that they do not accept checks ( even though I have an invoice from them directing me to whom I should make the check out to.). After covering the check I sent by credit card, I requested my check be sent back. After several calls....It's in the mail....I still have not received my check. I was told several times that someone would verify, with accounting, what happened. After speaking with a supervisor named Kelly, who tried very hard to speak over me and who somehow believes that it can take 7-10 days for a letter to go from PA to FL, I cancelled my policy.
