I have, so far, gotten back from PetPlan more than I've paid in premiums for my 6 year old Labrador and I'm very thankful to have this insurance! Her latest incident was TPLO surgery for which they paid $2700, or 80% of my cost. My orthopedically challenged girl is also going to need hip replacement and I don't know if I could even afford that if I had to pay the full cost for surgery and post op therapy! I've seen others complain that PetPlan is more expensive but I don't think that's true. I put my information into a similar plan from Healthy Paws and the figure they came up with was $15 a month higher than what I'm paying PetPlan. My deductable is 200 per diagnosis, not 200 for the year, but that's the only thing cheaper between the two. The reps are friendly and helpful. The claims process is exacting but not difficult. I would not hesitate to recommend PetPlan and have, to my friends.
