When our dog, Cody, awoke limping and lethargic, we immediately contacted our vet. After weeks of blood tests, specialists, x-rays, drugs and a special diet it was determined Cody had a joint infection. The vet bills poured in but we were hopeful our insurance would help out--and oh, it did! We were able to recover ~70% of the costs and were pleased with the incredibly easy claims process. A quick filling out of ONE form with copies of our receipts, and that was it! And the reimbursement was very quick too--less than 10 days! I am so glad we have coverage for our four-legged family member. We would pay anything to keep him healthy and happy, but it's nice knowing we don't have to pay for it all.
