I submitted a claim for my dog Coby who had to have a few teeth extracted. Initially they were not going to reimburse me for the claim, but after talking to Bridget and later Kavi, they realized that the claim adjuster did not have the complete history of Coby. Kavi re-submitted the claim with the new information and I will be re-reimbursed as per my policy. I'm thrilled Kavi took the time to call me and give the news.
