Earlier today I received a notice that my insurance plan was about to lapse due to non-payment. I was very concerned because most insurance companies are terrible to work with, and I was dreading calling PetPlan to resolve this.
I was put in touch with Kim who handled the situation extremely quickly. She was incredibly friendly and has a real passion for pets, which makes me know that my insurance company really does believe in safe, happy animals. I was really impressed with Kim and the company.
