Ditto has been insured by PetPlan since May 2010 shortly after I adopted him from a shelter. PetPlan has reimbursed me over $4000 over the course of several years for Ditto's eye problems and eventual blindness.I was so pleased with PetPlan that I also insured my son's dog that he adopted from a shelter. I've contacted PetPlan many times over the years with questions of request for assistance and I've always been treated with the utmost respect, compassion, and courtesy. I can always count on PetPlan customer service to answer my questions or resolve an issue with my online account. It is one thing to sell a product (insurance) but the real test of a company is how well it serves its customers after the initial transaction. I find PetPlan customer service to be an outstanding example - I wish other companies, including human healthcare insurance, were as good!
