I really don't understand how anyone gets reimbursed from this company. I have spent a month just trying to get a pre-authorization letter approved so my dog can have future visits with the dermatologist. And OH- they deduct 20% when you use a specialist. I already pay a $200 co-pay. It's a small refund.. example.. $500 bill I get a whole $200 back. But let's get back to what a pain it is to get anything. I need future treatment so I filled the pre-authorization form but then they wouldn't approved unless they received an itemized estimate on vet letterhead. Then after that, they tell me they need records from 2012 even though they already approved the first claim. It takes a lot of back and forth and work with this company to recoup only a partial amount of the cost and I pay 32 bucks a month. (384 per year)
Worth it? Not with this company!
