One of the "happiness managers," Courtney B., was so helpful on the phone answering every question I had (which was a whole bunch). Also, the reimbursement checks are usually sent to me just a few days after my vet submits the claim. So, the money I spend at the vet goes right back into my pocket within the week.
Oh! and the happiness managers actually want to and do take the time with you on the phone. They also seem genuinely interested in how my cat is doing referring to her by name throughout the call.
