PetPlan will eventually pay claims, but it's a struggle every time. Be prepared to call and contest every claim submitted, as you'll receive a letter back saying the deductible hasn't been met for the condition. Recently, two of these letters were received just two after I received payment for a claim on the same condition (obviously, my deductible had been met to pay the claim submitted two weeks prior). The customer service agents cannot correct or adjust claims, so be prepared to go through this process two or three times while the claims are resubmitted. I keep the insurance plan in case of major emergency, but constantly reassess whether it's worth doing so after each claim is submitted.
