I just wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service and treatment I have received from the PetPlan organization.
My most recent experience has been with my Golden Retriever Boone's claims. Boone had a perforated obstruction which required surgery and 6 days in ICU at another hospital for sepsis. He is home and doing very well.
In addition to the worry of major surgery and recovery for my boy, I had the added stress of worrying about the large bills incurred with his care. I called a few times to check on the claim and Shevaun Brannigan was so helpful. She even followed up and called me late yesterday afternoon to give me the amount that was being reimbursed and that it was going to accounting today. I so appreciate the concern and responsiveness that Shevaun displayed in this situation.
Shevaun also guided me through increasing Amber's policy to a Gold plan.
Another Happiness Manager that was helpful to me recently was Sascha Field. After Boone came home, I went to the office on a Saturday and scanned all of the claim documents. I emailed them to claims and called PetPlan to see if everything was OK. Since the claims department was closed, Sascha asked me to email them to her and she checked them out for me to see if everything appeared to be in order. I was missing one date on the claim form for medication and was able to send another claim form to correct the issue.
All in all, I don't know what I would have done without PetPlan insuran
