Very happy with Petplan so far. My dog was bitten by another dog on Thanksgiving and developed a very serious infection along with cellulitis, which resulted in a very expensive vet bill. My claim is split into 2 parts but so far, Petplan has covered everything from the first part. I have no complaints. I'll post a follow up after I hear back about the second part. So far - no hassle, very friendly people that keep you updated along the way. During such a difficult and stressful time for my dog and for me, they at least made the financial side of things worry free. My only complaint was that the first person I spoke with on the phone was not helpful or friendly, but I hung up and called back and immediately got someone better. That's the only reason I'm giving them 9 instead of 10.
