I usually dont write bad reviews but I havent received any help from PetPlan. I have e-mailed and made numerous telephone calls for preauthorizations and claims. I received a e-mail saying preauthorization had been approved for test but then told test were denied. This is just one example of what has been going on for the last few weeks. My golden has been diagnosed with cancer and my time is running out while I do what I can to make her as comfortable as possible but no reimbursements have been made to help my financial burden and possible future treatments. I would give a rating of only one but will give a rating of three being customer service has been really nice and has gone so far as to make telephone calls for documentation, only to be denied a previous claim submitted. Further testing and treatments need to be done and mass cell cancer doesnt wait on time. So upset and heartbroken!!!
