After doing hand to hand combat with VPI for a few years, PetPlan has been a breath of fresh air. On a claim for a broken leg for my cat, VPI actually sent me two checks for $.01. My total costs were over $700 and VPI paid me under $70. Changed to PetPlan and they have been strong on customer service. Recently, a new PP employee gave me incorrect information on a renewal. They caught the error, sent an apology letter along with a $25 gift certificate from American Express. They "ain't" no VPI in my book.
