I had waited 2 months after submitting initial claim which was processed. I kept checking status on web site but it was stagnant. I called in a couple of times and got the run-around. Today I checked the site again and, although the claim number was there, the details were missing. I called in and they said that I hadn't waited out the 14 day period. That was not true. I had waited over 30 days before bringing my pet in. I asked to cancel before a big quarterly payment to them would be processed next week. Whew!
