Terrible plan with rude customer service

I submitted claims 4 times over the past two years. Each time I have submitted, the claim remains pending due to further information required. Each time I have my vet FAX over new information. Each time, they break the claim up into a diagnosis that is under $200, which is my deductible. So for example: my dog had a skin condition that also affected his ear and had diarreha. PetPlan broke the claim up into 3 diagnosis so that they did not pay my claims due ot the deductible. The customer service is rude and does not have a mechanism to speak to someone to review the claims. I would not recommend this company at all. I moved my policy over to Healthy Paws

That sounds correct to me - each policy's deductible is per condition per policy year. Maybe you should choose a lower deductible if you're looking for reimbursement after each vet visit.
