A few weeks ago I came home from work and noticed that Isabelle our Chocolate Lab was not acting like herself. She was pacing and panting around the house and looked like she was in distress. She had been boarded over the weekend, so I was concerned that she may have gotten into something or even worse swallowed something, since she wasn’t under our supervision. I contacted the local Pet Emergency Hospital, told them my concerns and they said I should bring her in to be examined. They took her temperature, which showed she was running a fever, drew blood, took x-rays to make sure everything looked okay and administered a couple of shots to help with her discomfort. I took her home and kept a close eye on her. The next day I followed up with her usual Veterinarian to make sure her fever had subsided. I submitted all of the paperwork I needed to to Pet Plans Claims department a few days later and in less than 10 days received my Claims check. There was no hassle and every question I had while filing my claim was answered. I would definitely recommend Pet Plan insurance to any pet owner!
