Service is starting to suffer

I have had PetPlan for many years, three dog policies, both in the UK and the US. They have always paid and I am really pleased with the end result. However lately every time I file a claim they mysteriously "lose" the invoices, assign them to the wrong pet or say they are missing the claim form. This last claim I had to resend one invoice 4 times and the other 3 times. So clearly something is amiss. It would be nice if they would get it together and stop wasting mine and my vet's time resending things over and over.
