New Client, Hopefully a Happy One!!!

I just bought pet insurance for the first time after losing a pet in February and my other dog taking ill in March. I just couldn't afford to take anymore chances of the expensive illnesses that can happen to any pet. I did my research and found PetPlan to be the company that offered the best coverage for my needs at an affordable price. As life would have it, our precious Beau became very ill again in June. Within 24 hours of one of the vet's faxing over the health report I have received an email from PetPlan that they received it and they are reviewing it. I called and spoke to Amy to let her know that this bill was only one of a few more and to expect more. She couldn't have been more helpful. Hopefully this pet insurance will live up to everything that I thought I was buying. So far the people that I have dealt with at PetPlan certainly have. I will update as soon as the records have been reviewed and hopefully reimbursement has been made!P.S. I have already recommended this insurance to my son and my other friends who are pet owners as well.
